Buns & Guns

You’ll feel the difference after this class. A class for all levels that combines weight & cardio training into one workout.

Hockey Training

Hockey is so physically demanding. Get a competitive edge by developing the strength you need with our upper-body, lower-body & core training. 

Figure Skaters Class

Core strength, stability & explosive leg power are vital to Figure Skating. Develop that strength & power that you need on the ice. 

Gymnast Team Training

Performing at that top level for gymnastics requires an incredible amount of total body fitness.  We can help you get there.

We created this video when we were still “Vision Quest Athletics” but this will give you a good sense of the training that we put our teammates through.  Functional Athlete founder Steve Mologousis training a few of our MMA & Wrestling athletes.
