This class is metabolic conditioning that combines weight training and cardio into one workout. This class is for all levels. The exercises are modified to each individual. This class focuses on core strengthening and engagement throughout all movements. As well as, hip and glute strengthening, full body functional movements, balance, agility and power. Not only will you see a difference from this class, you will quickly feel a difference! For best results, advised taking 2-3 times per week.
